研究概况
计算机科学与技术专业博士生导师、云南省中青年学术和技术带头人、承担省部级纵向科研项目20余项,其中先后主持 6 项国家自然科学基金项目,云南省博士研究生导师团队建设项目带头人、教育部数字中国主题案例项目首席专家。以第一作者或者通讯作者在Information Fusion、Bioinformatics、IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics、Expert Systems With Applications、Briefings in Bioinformatics、IEEE-ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、BMC Genomics、BIBM、ISBRA、ICIC等国际权威期刊和会议上发表 SCI/EI 收录学术论文 150 余篇,授权发明专利 7 项。
