个人简介

博士生导师,IEEE会员,中国通信学会高级会员,中国电子学会会员,中国人工智能学会青工委秘书,云南省电力通信专委会副秘书长;曾获郑州大学学士学位,美国新泽西理工学院硕士和博士学位;入选云南省高层次人才引进计划;现任教于云南大学信息学院;主讲课程有无线与移动通信现代通信原理论文写作指导通信网络理论;兼任IEEE多个顶刊审稿人和重要学术会议组委会成员。

Xilong Liu, doctoral advisor, IEEE member, China Institute of Communications senior member, Chinese Institute of Electronics member, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence young scholar secretary, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Power and Communication Specialist Committee. He received the B.E. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Zhengzhou University, Henan, China, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA, respectively. He won the "Yunnan Province Young Talent" award. He is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Information Science and Engineering at Yunnan University, where he also serves as the Chair of the Department of Internet of Things. He mainly teaches "Wireless and Mobile Communications""Modern Communication Principles", "Technical Writing" and “Communication Networking Theory”. He actively contributes to the technical community as the Organizer, Referee and TPC member for various IEEE journals and conferences.

研究概况

主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,云南省基础研究计划重点项目1项,云南省重点实验室开放课题2项。在IEEE ComMagIoTJTVTTGCNWCLICCGLOBECOM等国际顶级期刊及重要学术会议发表30余篇,获授权专利5项,参编系列丛书1部。
